I just got off the phone with Bank of America. I have had accounts there for at least nine years. All of my banking is done through them. I have to say that in the past nothing has really jumped out at me in terms of customer service. It has never been bad. But it has never really wowed me. That was until today.
I just got off the phone with operator Susan Rice. She was so lovely and treated me like gold. She complimented the area where I live. She thanked me for being a Bank of America account holder. She assured me that she would either answer my question(s) or connect me with the person who could. She spoke clearly and at a comfortable volume. And then before I got ready to hang up she asked if my card was still in working condition and if she could do anything else to make sure I was pleased with my choice in banking with BOA.
What an amazing experience. I kind of want to call her back just to talk for a while!

I’ll chime in - Princess Cruise Line. Their moto is personal choice cruising adn they couldn’t be any closer. I had a cabin steward that was like a member of the family, deck waiters that are kind, attentive, and ready to please, and finally a cruise director’s staff that has their sole focus on their customers.
Their customer service is what has ensured that I’ve booked all four of my cruises with their company and kept my parents with them for their 5 or 6 trips. I’ve traveled with them to the Caribbean and Alaska… they’re exceptional!
